The site is located approximately 7.5 km/4,6 miles from the village Cruce Rincon, and about 9.5 km/ 6 miles from the beach “El Rincón” away. Access is via a gravel road in the high altitudes of up to 400 m/1300 ft away from the property. The other way is easy to walk on a trail up the slope. The site is located almost on a high level and offers views to the west into the neighboring valley of El Valle and on the hill “Loma Quemada”. The land is mostly flat, it rises to the north. Predominantly grass vegetation is present. The land is currently used as grazing land and acreage for different types of roots (potato, yucca ..). From the plot you have a wide view to the west to the neighboring valley of El Valle, with its majestic mountain ranges.
